地理标志作为国际知识产权保护制度的一项重要内容 ,日益受到大多数国家的高度重视。我国新修订的《商标法》增加了地理标志的规定 ,但我国地理标志保护中存在诸多问题。我国急需制订一部专门的地理标志保护法 。
