摘要
学校管理中的公平历来是一个令所有学校的管理者苦恼和被管理者敏感的问题。公平应包括机会、起点、结果的公平。它是在平等自由、机会的公正平等,差别存在等三个原则的基础上建立起来的,追求公平的目的更多要从人的发展方面理解。在当前的学校管理中,公平作为一种价值取向,有着深刻的意义。
Justice in university administration is a bothering question to the administrators & a sensi-tive question to the administrated. Justice should include opportunity, starting point and results. It's culti-vated on the basis of three principles, which include equal freedom, equal chances, & disparity in exis-tence, and to pursue the purpose of justice, we should pay more attention to the development of human be-ings, in current university administration, justice has its profound meaning as a choice of values.
