花生种子药剂处理贮藏技术的生理基础研究 Ⅰ.药剂处理对种子活力和自由基含量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 本研究利用不同药剂和不同药剂剂量对泉花 1 0号种子进行处理贮藏后 ,测定其种子活力和自由基含量等生理生化指标 ,结果无论常温贮藏还是高温老化条件下药剂处理的种子发芽率、种子活力和发芽指数等均高于未处理种子。进一步研究发现 ,药剂处理贮藏的种子质膜透性低 ,体内O- 2 、H2 O2 等含量比对照低 ,而丙二醛含量和过氧化值与对照相比不呈规律性变化。说明药剂处理贮藏可有效地减轻自由基对种子的伤害 ,从而保持种子活力。 Several physiological and chemical indices including seed vigor and radical content in peanut (CV. Quanhua 10) seed vigor and radical content in peanut (CV. Quanhua 10) seed, undergoing medicament treatment during storage were determined and analyzed. Results showed that relative to the control (without treatment), seed germination percentage, seed vigor and germination index in all treatments, at ambient temperature or under high temperature aging conditions,were relatively high. Further studies revealed that, as compared with the control, seeds treated with medicaments had lower cytoplasm permeambility, O - 2 and H 2O 2 contents,while malonaldehyde content did not exhibit a regular change. The study demonstrated that medicament treatment were effective in maintainance of seed vigor and delay in aging by alleviation of radical damage.
