菊芋凝集素是一种对同翅目、鞘翅目、鳞翅目害虫有抗、杀作用的蛋白质 ,通过遗传工程的手段 ,将菊芋凝集素基因置于CaMV35S组成型启动子和T nos终止子的控制下 ,构建了用于转化烟草的植物表达载体 ;在根癌农杆菌介导下转化烟草 ;

Helanthas Taberous Agglutinin is a kind of protein which can add defensive role and kill many insect pests,for example homopterous,coleopterous and lepidopterous pests.Plant expression vector pCNHTA was constructed in which the expression of Helanthus Tuberosus Agglutinin (HTA) was under the control of CaMv35S promoter and T nos terminator via genetic engineering.Tobacco was transformed by Agrobacterium Tumefaciens LBA4404 containing HTA gene,and transgenic plants were confirmed by PCR analysis.
