摘要
本文对 Al_2O_3—SiO_2系含 Al_2O_3 72、80和95wt-%的三种纤维进行了胶体组成、结构和流变性能,凝胶纤维在热处理过程中的物理化学变化以及成品纤维在大气和氢气中热行为的研究。三种胶体的组成、结构无实质性差异从而流变性能和凝胶纤维的热行为彼此大同小异:而三种多晶纤维显微结构有差异,导致耐热性有所不同。
The Three kinds of fibers with 72,80 and 95 wt-% Al_2O_3 wereinvestigated.The composition,structure and rheological property of the solfor spinning physical and chemical changes of the gel fibers in heating processand thermal behaviour of the finished fibers in air and H_2 atmosphere weredetermined.Without essential difference in composition and structure,rheologicalproperty of the sol and thermal behaviour of the gel fibers are similar to eachother.The thermal stability of the polycrystalline fibers differs,perhaps dueto the difference in microstructure.
