摘要
目的 :研究正常大鼠及糖尿病大鼠血糖变化的昼夜节律 ;对格列吡嗪治疗糖尿病大鼠的药效进行时间治疗学研究 ,以探索合适的用药时间。方法 :测定正常大鼠及糖尿病大鼠 6 0 0、1 2 0 0、1 8 0 0、0 0 0的血糖 ,分析其昼夜节律性 ;分别于 9 0 0或2 1 0 0用格列吡嗪灌胃糖尿病大鼠 ,比较不同时间点治疗后各组的平均血糖及血糖波动情况。结果 :正常大鼠血糖变化呈明显昼夜节律性 ,糖尿病大鼠血糖变化无明显昼夜节律 ;9 0 0用格列吡嗪治疗糖尿病大鼠时 ,其平均血糖及血糖波动值均小于 2 1 0 0用药组。结论 :正常大鼠血糖变化有昼夜节律性 ;用格列吡嗪治疗糖尿病大鼠 ,早晨用药疗效优于晚上用药。
AIM: To investigate the circadian rhythm of blood sugar level in healthy as well as diabetic rats and to find the appropriate time for using glopizide in diabetic rats. METHODS: The blood sugar level of two kinds of rats was detected at 600, 1200, 1800, 000 and circadian rhythm of the data was analyzed. Different groups of diabetic rats were treated with glopizide at 900 or 2100 respectively. The variation of blood sugar level and its average were compared between groups after the treatment. RESULTS: Significant circadian rhythm of the blood sugar level was found in healthy rats, but not in diabetes rats. The variation of blood sugar level and its average were lower when glopizide was given at 900 than those at 2100. CONCLUSION: There is a circadian rhythm of blood sugar level in healthy rats and glopizide shows a better action of decreasing blood sugar in the morning than evening.
