提高会理锌矿铅锌选矿指标的实践

Practice on Increasing Metallurgical Performances of Lead and Zinc in Huili Zinc Mine

会理锌矿长期因矿石性质多变、矿物组成复杂、锌铅含量比值大、伴生银嵌布粒度细、浮选磨矿细度又未达到设计要求 ,致使铅锌分离困难 ,生产指标难以提高。采用选择性较好的捕收剂及对锌矿物有强烈抑制作用的组合抑制剂 ,并优化工艺条件 ,解决了铅锌分离困难的问题 ,达到了提高铅锌精矿质量与铅锌精矿中主金属回收率的目的。

Due to variation of ore property,complication of mineral composition,high ratio of zinc and lead,fine-grain dissemination of the associated silver,and grinding operation failing the needs of flotation technology,it was difficult to separate lead from zinc minerals and to increase the production in Huili zinc mine.With better selective collectors and effective combined depressant of zinc ore,and optiminzing the flotation operation condition,the problem of separation Pb-Zn has been well solved,and the metallurgical performances of Pb and Zn have been increased remarkably.
