摘要
本文介绍了包钢生产全无氟球团矿的试验研究和生产实践 ,通过技术攻关 ,制定出合理的工业生产技术参数。河北精矿配比不能低于 30 % ,皂土配比以 1 6 %为佳 ,焙烧温度控制在 12 0 0℃以上 ,使球团矿FeO降低到 1 5 %以下 ,冶金性能得到了改善。
The experiment research and production of concentrated pellet without F was introduced. The reasonable industrial indices were showed out that the concentrated ore can't be under 30%, bentonite burden was 1.6% and burning temperature was above 1200. These measures made the FeO content under 1.5% and the metallurgical property improved.
