摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法建立了米满的定量分析方法 ,方法的标准偏差为 0 .342 7% ,变异系数为 1.6 5 % ,线性相关系数为 0 .99995。平均回收率为 98.5 7%。
Quantitative analysis of tebufenozide by RP-HPLC with sinochrom C18 column at UV 234nm was introduced.The result shows that coefficients of variation,linear correlation and the average recovery were 1.65%,98.57% and 0.99995 respetively.
