摘要
采用正相高效液相色谱外标法 ,对乙羧氟草醚原药中的有效成分进行定量测定 ,该方法的平均回收率为 10 0 .2 2 % ,变异系数为 0 .17%。
A method for quantitative analysis of fluoroglycofen by HPLC on silica column.The standard deviation for technical was 0.17,the coefficients of variation technical was 0.19%,the average recovery were 100.22%.The method was simple,accurate and good repitition.
