摘要
以两性高分子作悬浮稳定剂,用反相悬浮聚合法合成了丙烯酸盐/丙烯酰胺/甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯三元共聚物型超强吸收剂。研究了交联剂、稳定剂、链转移剂、中和程度及单体组成等聚合条件对吸水剂吸液性能的影响,得到了吸蒸馏水1168mL·g^(-1)及吸0.9%NaCl溶液92mL·g^(-1)的超强吸水剂。
Poly (sodium acrylate - acrylamide - 2 - hydroxy ethyl methacrylate) as superabsorbent, was synthesized by means of inverse suspension polymerization , in which the suspension stabilizer was an amphiphilic polymer. Effects of crosslinker, stabilizer, initiator, chain transfer agent , neutralization degree of acrylic acid and comonomers on water - absorbency of the absorbent were studied . The optimum absorbency of the superabsorbent obtained was 1168mL·g^(-1) and 92mL·g^(-1) in distilled water and 0.9% NaCl solution , respectively.
