金属基高温耐磨陶瓷涂层的研制及耐磨性能

Study on Matrix-ceramic Wear-resisting Coating with High Temperature and Affecting Factor of the Wear-resisting

研制了一种用陶瓷骨料与自制无机胶粘剂为原料,具有高温耐磨性能的陶瓷涂层配方,探讨了影响涂层耐磨性能的因素。发现:当磷酸铝胶粘剂中Al2O3与P2O5之比为1.3:3～1.4:3,涂层中的骨料与胶粘剂的配比为1.7:1,且骨料中粗颗粒含量为40%～50%时,所配制的涂层耐磨性能最佳。

Abstracts:In this paper,a kind of prescription of ceramic coating with wear-resistingon high temperaturewas pre-pared by using ceramic aggregates and organic bond.The factors of affecting the wear-resistingproperties of ceramic coating is also discussed.The wear-resistingis the best when Al 2 O 3 /P 2 O 5 is1.3:3～1.4:3;the ratio of aggregates and organic bond in the coating is1.7:1;the content of big grains is40%～50%.
