摘要
在对语音实验分析的基础上 ,提出一种语音波形编码的新方法——半波编码。文中较详细地阐述了清、浊音码本各自的制作方法 ,并给出编解码实现的过程。实验结果表明 :本语音波形编码方法具有复杂度低、压缩比高等特点 ,重建的语音质量接近 G.72 9编码的水平。本编码方法的特点 :对含噪语音编码可获得良好的质量 ;有很强的保密性能 ,适用于保密通讯 ;具有良好的算法可扩展性。因此 。
Based on the speech research, a completely new waveform speech coding approach is presented called half wave speech coding. The methods for generating the sonant codebook and the surd codebook are explicated. In addition, the course of coding and decoding is shown. Experimental result shows that the coding method is a new waveform coding with the characters of low complexity, high compression rate, and its rebuilding speech quality approaches G.729. Furthermore, the characteristics of coding method are shown as follows: used in noisy speech coding, it can obtain better speech quality; because of its high privacy, it is adapted for secret communication and has better expansibility of algorithm. Therefore, the half wave speech coding is a novel waveform one with a vast range of prospects for application.
