摘要
淮安上河变电所 50 0kV隔离刀闸在进行合闸操作时 ,相继发生 3起操作回路熔丝熔断的故障 ,致使隔离刀闸停在中间状态 ,形成长时间 (1 5~ 30min)拉弧。分析了产生事故的原因 ,是由于合闸过程中产生断续电弧 ,在一次回路中产生过电压 ,因屏蔽不善 ,感应到操作回路 ,使操作回路绝缘薄弱部件击穿 ,造成二次回路短路所致。分析了 3次故障的原因 ,提出了相应的解决办法。
In Haiuan Shanghe 500 kV Substation,there are 3 faults succesively occurred during 500 kV disconnection switch operating,because of operation circuit fuses cuting out,which made the switch stay in intermediate position and formed arc burnning for a long time(15~30 min). The faults analyse shows that during operation the discontinous arc occurred between contacts of switch,producing overvoltage in main circuit and coupling to operation circuit due to harmful shielding,making weak part of insulation breakdown,forming short circuit. The reason of 3 faults are analysed and relative solving measures are suggested.
