现有燃煤电厂脱硫方案决策方法的研究

Study on Decision Method of Desulphurization Scheme in Operated Coal-fired Power Plant

介绍了最新研究开发的集模糊决策分析法和以改造因子为特征的经济评价方法为一体的现有燃煤电厂脱硫方案的决策方法 ,该方法是理论与实际的结合 ,是定性分析与定量分析的有机统一。运用该决策方法可使脱硫方案的评价更科学、合理 ,推荐的脱硫方案更实用、可靠。并针对W电厂的具体情况进行了实例分析 。

The new developed decision method of desulphurization scheme in operated coal fired power plant combining with fuzzy decision method and economic evaluation method characterized by the reformation factor is introduced. Which is combined with theory and practice,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Using this decision method the more rational desulphurization scheme may be achieved. For a power plant analysis is carried out,a scientific and rational suggestion is put out to the decision department for final determination.
