摘要
一台超临界参数500MW汽轮机其末级960mm长叶片在运行中发生断裂。本文对造成叶片断裂的原因作了详尽准确的分析,并且根据机组参与调峰运行及对低压缸通流部分经济性、安全可靠性的现场调查,提出进行低压缸通流部分改进的建议。
Cracks occurred on the last stage960mm long blades of one supercritical pressure500MW steam turbine in Panshan Power Plant during operation.This paper in detail and accurately analyzes the causes leading to blade cracks,and puts forward the pro-posals on the steam flow passage retrofitting of low pressure cylinder in accordance with the situation of participating in peak and cyclic load regulation of generating unit and the site survey on safety,economics and reliability of steam flow passage of low pressure cylinder.
