摘要 针对常熟发电有限公司1025t/h锅炉回转式空气预热器漏风原因作详细分析,并根据漏风主要原因对空气预热器密封系统和除灰装置进行改造,使空气预热器漏风率降低到8%以下,风机耗电量全年减少3GW·h以上,节约标煤2kt左右,改造效果显著。另外,为防止空气预热器出现低温结露积灰引起漏风率增加,以及如何进一步降低空气预热器改造费用等作较详细分析。 The air leakage causes of rotary air preheaters of1025t/h boilers in Changshu Power Generation Corp.were analyzed in detail,and the sealing system and ash removal installations were retrofitted in light of main air leakage causes.Through retrofitting,the air leakage ratio was decreased to less than8%,the annual electricity consumption of draft fans was decreased by more than3GWH,and the standard coal was economized by about 2kt ,the retrofitting effect was obvious.Besides,this paper also analyzed in detail the preventives against the increase in air leakage ratio as a result of low temperature dewing-ash fouling appearing in the air preheater and how to further reduce the retrofitting cost of air preheater etc.
