摘要 为防止机组投产初期出现炉顶漏烟,污染环境,针对"W"火焰锅炉炉顶结构和密封问题,从膨胀和密封区域方面着手,提出密焊两侧膨胀缝、分区域密封穿墙管的炉顶密封理念,并利用现有密封材料在锅炉安装过程中实施。机组投运后,未发现炉顶有漏烟现象,炉顶大包内也无积灰;炉顶各受热面膨胀良好。 In order to prevent smoke leakage and environmental pollution appearing at the furnace roof of300MW W-flame boiler during the initial commissioning period of generating unit,in accordance with the furnace roof configuration and sealing problems ,starting with the expansion and sealing area,this paper put forward the furnace roof sealing idea of closely welding both side expan-sion joints and adopting zoned-sealing of wall-through pipes,and this idea was implemented by using the existing materials during the boiler mounting process.After the unit was put into operation,no smoke leakage at furnace roof was found,there were not ash fouling on furnace roof,and the various heating surfaces at furnace roof expanded smoothly.
