摘要
通过对MH Ni电池正、负电极进行表面处理来改善电池的容量及充放电性能。从材料的晶相结构的角度解释了表面处理前后的机理 ,包括电极反应表面积、导电率和能源利用率的提高以及钝化层的改善。实验结果表明 ,经过表面处理后 ,AA 1 6 5 0型MH Ni电池以 0 .2C充放电容量可以达到 1 6 5 0mAh ,1 .0C充放电可以达到 1 6 1 0mAh ,在 1 0 0 %放电深度下循环寿命可达 30
The improvement of capacity and charge/discharge properties of Ni MH battery due to the surface modification of its positive and negative electrode was studied. The mechanisms before and after surface modification, such as the improvement of reaction surface area, conductivity, source utilization and the modification of passivated layer, were explained through the point of view of crystal structure of material. The experimental results show that after surface modification, the charge/discharge capacity of AA 1650 Ni MH battery at 0.2 C and 1.0 C is up to 1 650 mAh and 1 610 mAh respectively, while its cycle life at 100% DOD is up to 300 times.
