摘要
介绍了采用静压平衡等速取样技术测定煤气含尘量的原理、装置与方法。取样时通过控制采样流量 ,使样气流速模拟取样点管道中煤气流速达到等速取样的条件。该技术操作简单、取样时间短且准确度高 。
At the time of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd 95t converter commissioning, we use the technology of static pressure balance iso-speed sample, which can make sure that accuracy of dust content in converter gas. When sampling, the speed of sample gas is similar to the actural pipe gas by controlling the sample gas flow. This method specially fits for interval returnning converter gas dust measurement for its simple operation, short time to sample and high accuracy.
