摘要
间隙销支座用作三向不动铰应用于支座所在平面为圆形的球面网壳 ,存在较大的结构安全隐患。本文以某斜置单层球面网壳工程为例 ,分析了间隙销支座受力体系 ,用数据说明销在销孔中将发生滚动 ,斜置球面网壳销支座切向将产生下滑 ,造成周边各个支座受力不均 ,部分支座顶紧、部分支座腾空 ,结构受力状态失控、不利 。
The structure may be unsafe when clearance pin connections are adopted as three directional hinge support system for spherical lattice shells. In this paper, a case study was carried out on a spherical lattice shell supported along its periphery. It was shown that pin rolling along the pinhole and sliding along the tangential direction would happen in clearance pins. Consequently, part of the supports were engaged, and the left were on the stations of loose contact, leading to non uniform reactions in peripheral supports. The structural behavior was thus bad and out of control.
