企业技术创新能力是企业技术创新成败的关键。技术创新能力由多种指标决定。确定各种指标的重要程度是技术创新管理中的基本问题 ,对企业改进其创新能力具有相当重要的作用。作者首先建立了企业技术创新能力评价的指标体系 ,然后利用灰色关联分析法得出了各种指标的重要程度 。

Whether an enterprise′s technological innovation can be accomplished depends on the enterprise′s capability for technological innovation. Many indexes affect an enterprise′s capability for technological innovation. Only when the degree of importance of every index is known, can an enterprise improve its capability for technological innovation and avoid making errors. Because China is short of data of enterprises′ technological innovation, and moreover, the data available is grey, people cannot get the result of the degree of the indexes in an ordinary way. However, grey relation analysis is helpful and effective. This paper puts forward an index system of appraising enterprises′ capability for technological innovation, and obtains the result of the degree of the indexes by grey relation analysis.
