台湾中小企业创业决策关键因素

A study of critical factors affecting Taiwan Residents small and medium business′s entrepreneurship

台湾在过去 5 0年之经济发展过程 ,中小企业一直扮演着关键之角色 ,故本研究欲剖析影响台湾中小企业创业决策之关键因素 ,藉以深入了解中小企业兴起之主要原因。本研究认为影响台湾中小企业创业之关键因素 ,可分为个人背景、心理特质、经济与文化等因素。此外 ,研究亦表明情境因素亦会影响中小企业创业关键决策 ,其中政府政策与国际经济环境尤为显著。

Entrepreneurship has been characterized as the symbol of business tenacity and achievement. Without doubts, small and medium business entrepreneurs have been the pioneers of Taiwan Residents economic success. They employed a total of the island′s 78% workforce. The objective of this study is therefore to examine the entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises. The preliminary research outcomes suggest that factors such as personal characteristics, cultural background, micro and macro economic environment, and government policy play a critical role on entrepreneurship.
