随着计算机技术和图形图像技术的发展 ,3维地形模型的研究越来越受到重视。为了实现GIS中 3维地形的无级缩放和无缝漫游 ,任意区域的DEM裁剪是一个必须解决的问题。

With the development of technology of computer and graphics & image, people have pay more attention to the research of three dimensional digital elevation model. In order to actualize the functions that three dimensional terrain of arbitrary area is zoomed steplessly and browsed seamlessly, the problem of cutting out DEM of arbitrary area has to be resolved. This article discusses the details and actualization of cutting out DEM of arbitrary area with example.
