Management of postabortive pain syndrome

目的 :探讨流产后疼痛综合征病因及诊治。方法 :对流产后疼痛综合征患者 15例进行回顾性分析。结果 :所有患者经再次负压吸引清除宫内积血凝块后腹痛等症状、体征迅速缓解、消失。结论

Objective: To describe the cause and management of postabortive pain syndrome(PPS).Method: Fifteen cases of PPS were reviewed. Results: The patients with PPS had rapid and excellent responses to secondary negative pressure suction, and the symptoms and signs disappeared rapidly. Conclusions: The secondary negative pressure suction is of choice to manage PPS.
