五味子中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂对小鼠的降血糖作用

The hypoglycemic effect of α-glucosidase inhibitor separated from Schizandra chinensis

目的探讨五味子所含α 葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的体内活性。方法以 1 0 0mg/(kg·d)剂量灌胃 ,观察其对小鼠血糖含量以及糖耐量的影响。结果该抑制剂能明显降低正常及四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的血糖 ,降低肾上腺素引起的高血糖 ,提高正常小鼠的糖耐量。结论从中药五味子中分离得到的α 葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂可能具有良好的降糖作用。

PurposeTo study the in vivo activity of the α glucosidase inhibitor from Schizandra chinensis. MethodsThe inhibitor was given to mice at a dose of 100mg/(kg·d)(ig,for 8 days), and the effect on blood glucose level and glucose tolerance were observed.ResultsThe inhibitor produced significant decrease in blood glucose level of normal and alloxan induced diabetic mice. It could also mitigate hyperglycemia caused by adrenaline and improve the glucose tolerance of normal mice.ConclusionThe α glucosidase inhibitor separated from Schizandra chinensis might have hypoglycemic effect.
