摘要 目的观察豆乳清中活性物质对小鼠免疫功能的影响及抗癌活性。方法乳清活性物质经灌胃或腹腔注射给药后 ,测定各组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾指数、巨噬细胞吞噬功能及抗癌效应。结果灌胃给药一定剂量可明显增加小鼠胸腺和脾指数 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组比较其吞噬百分率、吞噬指数差异显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;腹腔注射给药对荷U1 4肿瘤和荷HepA肿瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长有一定的抑制作用 ,抑瘤率以HepA更为显著。 PurposeTo observe the effect of active material from whey on immune function, and antitumour effect in mice.MethodsThymus index, spleen index, phagocytic function of MΦ and antitumour effect were determined. ResultsSpleen and thymus weight of mice was increased ( P <0.01) in test groups ig different dosage drug,phagocytic rate ( P <0.01) and phagocytic index ( P <0.01) differed significantly too. The active material had antitumor activity against tumour U 14 and HepA of mice.Inhibition rate to HepA was more obvious. ConclusionThe active material from whey had immunopotentiating function and antitumour effect.
