摘要
目的建立测定色甘酸钠滴眼液含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用WatersSymmetryC1 8色谱柱 ,甲醇 乙腈 0 .0 5mol/L枸橼酸钠缓冲液 (pH 3 .5) 水 (1 2∶1 0∶40∶38)为流动相 ,检测波长为 32 5nm。结果在 0 .4~ 1 6 .4μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9999。此法与紫外分光光度法测得平均回收率分别为 99.88% (RSD =0 .49% )、99.2 6 % (RSD =0 .82 % )。结论此法简单、准确 ,专属性强 ,可用于色甘酸钠滴眼液的含量测定。
PurposeTo establish HPLC method for the determination of sodium cromoglicate eye drops.MethodsChromatography column: Waters Symmetry C 18 , mobile phase: methanol acetonitrile 0.05 mol/L sodium citrate buffer(pH 3.5) water (12∶10∶40∶38),detection wavelength:325nm.ResultsIt was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 at the range of 0.4~16.4 μg. The average recoveries were 99.88%( RSD =0.49%), 99.26%( RSD =0.82%) respectively for the HPLC method and UV method.ConclusionThe method was simple,accurate,specific and suitable for the determination of sodium cromoglicate eye drops.
