摘要
在评价大连湾海域水质状况的基础上,以无机氮、无机磷、石油类及四项因子构造判断矩 COD 阵,通过计算矩阵的最大特征根所对应的特征向量,得出四项因子的权重。其权重排序表明无机氮、无机磷在该湾污染因子中占有较大权重。应依据海域功能区划及环境治理目标,控制该湾陆源污染物入海总量,逐步降低海水无机氮、无机磷及石油类等污染物的浓度,使海域环境质量得以改善。
Based on the sea water quality assessment in the Dalian Bay, an estimation matrix is constructed with inorganic nitrogen, inorganic phosphor, oil and COD. Weights of the four factors are got by calculating eigenvectors of corresponding characteristic roots that are maximum.The order of the weights reveal that the weights of inorganic nitrogen and inorganic phosphor are dominant among the pollution factors in the bay. The total amount of wastewater discharge must be controlled according to the sea functional zoning and objective of environmental improvement. The concentrations of inorganic nitrogen, inorganic phosphor and oil discharging the sea must be cut gradually so that the environmental quality in the bay will get better.
