摘要
目的 :建立湿疹喷雾剂中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法 :采用一阶导数光谱法测定本制剂中丹皮酚的含量。结果 :该法测定可消除干扰组分的影响。线性范围 3μg/ml～ 2 μg/ml;回归方程C =6 1.6 76 2D +0 .15 78或D =0 .0 16 2C - 2 .5 33×10 -3 ,r=0 .9999,平均回收率 =98.0 2 % ,RSD =2 .35 % ,样品 4 5hr内含量分析结果稳定。结论 :该法可作为本制剂质量控制的定量方法。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of paeonol of Eczema Spray. Method: To apply first derivative spectral. Results: This method can eliminate that interference ingredients influences, liner range 3-20 ug.ml-1. The regression equation was C =61.6762D+0.1578 (or D=0.0162C-2.533x10 -3 ), r=0.9999, while the average recovery was 98.02%, RSD 2.35%. And results of assaying of samples had been keeping on stability in 45 hr. Conclusion: It could be used as quality control for paeonol of Eczema Spray.
