补肾益气法治疗卵泡发育不良110例临床观察

Clinic observation on treating 110 cases of follicular dysplasia with nourishing kidney and Qi therapy

目的 :评价补肾益气法治疗卵泡发育不良的疗效。方法 :运用中医补肾益气法治疗 110例卵泡发育不良患者 ,并与西药克罗米芬及绒毛膜促性腺素激素疗法治疗的 110例作对照 ,以 1个月经周期为 1疗程 ,观察 2～ 3个疗程。结果 :中药治疗组有效率 87.2 7% ,西药治疗组有效率 85 .4 5 % ,中药治疗组与西药治疗组有同样疗效。随着疗程的延续 ,中药治疗组疗效优于西药治疗组。结论 :补肾益气法对卵泡发育具有明显的促卵泡发育优势 ,并随疗程的延续 。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of nourishing kidney and Qi therapy (NKQT) on follicular dysplasia. Method:To apply NKQT to treating 110 cases of follicular dysplasia, while choosing other 110 cases as contrasting group which be treated with common west medicine, one menstrual cycle as a course,observing 2～3 courses.Results:The efficacy rate of NKQT was 87.27%, while in west medicine that was 85.45%,and there was no significant difference between two groups. But with the courses going on, NKQT would prevail over west medicine. Conclusion: Applying NKQT to follicular dysplasia would stimulate follicular development significantly, and with more course, more satisfied efficacy.
