泻火开窍法对急慢性铝中毒痴呆模型认知功能的影响

Effect on TCM purging fire and resuscitating therapy intervening the cognition function of amentia mice model from acute and chronic aluminium-intoxication

本文观察了泻火开窍方对急慢性铝中毒痴呆模型学习记忆功能的影响 ,结果发现泻火开窍方能显著拮抗急慢性铝中毒小鼠的认知障碍 ,改善其学习记忆功能。

To observe the effect on TCM purging fire and resuscitating therapy(PFRT) intervening the study ability and memory function of amentia mice model which were resulted from acute and chronic aluminium-intoxication, the results showed that PFRT could antagonize significantly the mice cognitive handicap and improve mice study and memory function.
