添加剂对方镁石—尖晶石砖性能影响 被引量:4

摘要 以电熔氧化镁、电熔镁铝尖晶石为主要原料 ,分别加入TiO2 、Al2 O3、Fe2 O3、CaO添加剂予以改性 ,通过高温烧结制成方镁石—尖晶石试样 ,研究其物理性能。结果表明 :添加一定量的TiO2 对方镁石—尖晶石的物理性能有大幅度的改善 ;随着Al2 O3、Fe2 O3、CaO加入量的增加试样的常温抗压强度及体积密度有所提高 ;XRD分析证明试样基质主晶相为MgO ,次晶相为尖晶石 ;SEM分析可看到基质与颗粒间反应层较薄 ,结合不紧密 。 the additives (TiO 2?Al 2O 3?Fe 2O 3 and CaO )are separately added to the periclase-spinel brick which is made of the basic material- electrofused magnesia and electrofused spinel(MgO·Al 2O 3) in order to alter its property. The periclase-spinel samples are made by high temperature sintering ,and the physics property are researched .The results showed that the physics property of the periclase-spinel brick can be improved much by adding the certain quantity of TiO 2;When the quantity of Al 2O 3?Fe 2O 3 and CaO additives are increased,the intensity of resist-compression and the bulk density of the sample are advanced.The analysis of XRD and SEM showed that the periclase was the main crystal phase of the sample matrix ,and the spinel was the subordination crystal phase;The reaction layer between the matrix and the grain was quite thin,so the combination between the matrix and the grain was not compactness,few crystal phase was escaped from the surface of the silicate phase.
