摘要
目的 了解山东省 5地市淡色库蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性现状。方法 幼虫浸渍法。结果 淡色库蚊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和DDVP均为高度抗性 ;对残杀威嘉祥县和腾州市为高度抗性 ,济宁市任城区、邹城市和泰安市为中度抗性 ;对三氯杀虫酯则腾州市和济宁市任城区为高度抗性 ,其余三地市为初步抗性。结论 该蚊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和DDVP的抗性较高是长期大量用药和使用频率高所致 ;对残杀威产生的抗性则可对与该药和有机磷杀虫剂具有交互抗性有关。
Objective To understand the resistant status of Culex pipiens pallens to conventinal chemical insecticides in five county-level cities/counties,including Rencheng,Zhoucheng,Jiaxiang,Tengzhou and Taian in Shandong Province. Methods The standard bioassay mdthod(dipping test)recommended by WHO was used for larvae test. Results It was observed that Culex pipiens pallens was highly resistant to cyermethrin,deltamethrin and DDVP in the five localities,its resistance to propoxur in jiaxiang and Tengzhou was also high,its resistance to acetopheniate was moderate in Tengzhou,and Rencheng,light in other three localities. Conclusion The relatively high resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to cypermethrin,deltamethrin and DDVP might be due to long-term and frequent application of these insecticides with large dosage.While its resistance to propoxur might be associated with cross resistance to the two inecticides.
