咸阳市学生常见病综合防治情况分析

Analysis of the results of integrated control of students'common diseases in Xianyang City.

目的 通过分析咸阳市学生常见病的发病情况 ,为制定干预措施和控制决策提供科学依据。方法 对2 0 0 0年与 1995年咸阳市学生常见病综合防治终期考评结果进行对比分析。结果 学生龋患率 2 0 0 0年比 1995年下降13.5个百分点 ;轻、中、重度营养不良的患病率较 1995年分别下降 2 .5 ,3.1,1.1个百分点 ;肥胖患病率较 1995年上升了 0 .7个百分点 ;视力低下率较 1995年上升了 1.1个百分点。结论 学生常见病防治应纳入教育和卫生部门工作的重要议事日程 ,确保专项经费的落实 ,并加强防治人员培训。

Objective To offer scientific basis for making the measure and controlling decision through analyzing the situation of students' common diseases.Methods The results of integrated control of students' common diseases in Xianyang in 1995～2000,were compared and analysed.Result The rate of students'suffering from decayed tooth in 2000 dropped 13.5 percentage points than that in 1995. The rate of suffering from malnutrition in being light,medium and serious degree in 2000 dropped respectively 2.5,3.1,1.1 percentage points than those in 1995. While the rate of suffering from fatness in 2000 has risen by 0.3 percentage points than that in 1995.The rate of eyesight dropping has risen by 1.1 percentage points in 2000 than that in 1995.Conclusion The control of students' common diseases should be put on the agenda of the educational and health department.The works of training of the profssionds should be strengthened and the special funds should be quaranteed.
