机器人辅助下的腹腔镜手术

Robot-assisted laparoscopic operation

目的 :探讨持镜机器人在腹腔镜外科手术中的应用。方法 :应用美国摩星公司生产的AESOP30 0 0型机器人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术 2 9例 ,Miles手术 2例 ,乙状结肠癌根治术 8例。结果 :本组患者手术全程均为机器人持镜 ,机器人辅助腹腔镜手术 39例均顺利完成 ,无术中中转手术 ,患者无手术风险外的附加危险。结论 :AESOP30 0 0型机器人具有智能化、人性化的特点 ,在人机合一、提供高清晰图像、减轻术者疲劳、提高效率的基础上使手术更安全 ,手术视野更加广泛 ,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective:To investigate the application of robot assisted laparoscopic operation in the surgical procedure. Methods:AESOP3000 system (Computer Motion, USA) was used to help to do laparoscopic cholecystectomy for 29 cases, Miles′procedure for 2 cases and radical sigmoidnectomy for 12 cases.Results:All the cases were totally done by the robot assisted laparoscopic operation. No case was turned to open surgical procedure, and no additional danger to the patients.Conclusions:AESOP3000 system have the special characters with high intelligence and humanization. Using this system, laparoscopic surgical procedure can be safely achieved within a reasonable time, and it can make the 'view zones' more clearly, thus can relieve the fatigue of surgeons during the operation. Robot assisted laparoscopic operation has a highlight prospect in the future.
