纤维胆道镜术中术后的临床应用

Clinical application of fibro-choledochoscope in intro-operation and post-operation

目的 :总结应用纤维胆道镜取胆结石的经验。方法 :术中应用纤维胆道镜取出疑难部位的结石 ,及时处理发现的疑难病症 ;术后经T管可取出残余结石。结果 :本组 4 1例患者用纤维胆道镜取石及治疗效果满意 ,2 4例术后经T管取出残余结石 ,使患者免除再手术之痛苦。结论 :将此方法用于临床能提高疗效 。

Objective:To sum up the experience of fibro choledochoscopic therapy in treating cholelithiasis.Methods:In the operation calculus through laparoscopic surgery locating skeptical were extracted, after operation, the remaining calculus were removed through T cannel. Results: 41 cases with choleic calculus were removed successfully,24 cases of them with remaining calculus were removed through T cannel post operation.Conclusions:This new technique applying in clinic may improve therapeutic effects and alleviate the sufferings of patients.
