摘要
目的 :研究中药强劲口服液的抗衰老作用。方法 :采用环磷酰胺皮下注射法造小鼠免疫抑制模型。观察强劲口服液对正常及免疫抑制小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量、RBC -C3bR花环率及RBC -IC花环率的影响。结果 :强劲口服液能显著降低正常及免疫抑制小鼠MDA ,提高血清SOD含量 ,且能明显提高正常及免疫抑制小鼠的RBC -C3bR花环率 ,降低RBC-IC花环率。结论 :中药强劲口服液具有较强的抗氧化作用 ,并能提高红细胞免疫功能 。
Objective:To study the effects of Chinese traditional medi ci ne Qiangjing oral juice on the anti-aging in rats Methods:Crea ting immune inhibitory models in rats by hypodermic injection with cyclophospham ide(Cy),then,Comparing changes in content of SOD and MDA and the rate of RBC-C3 bR and RBC-IC between model-group and study-group Results:Q iangjing oral juice can remarkably decrease the level of malondialdehyde(MDA),im prove the activities of the superoxide dismutas(SOD),significantly reduce the ra te of RBC-IC and inerease the rate of RBC-C3bR Conclusions:Qi angjing oral juice possess the strong anti-oxidative ability,can enhance the fu nction of erythrocyte immune,may possess the anti-aging activity
