增殖核抗原、热休克蛋白70在星形胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)和热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )在星形胶质细胞瘤组织中的表达 ,探讨PCNA ,HSP70与胶质细胞瘤生物学行为的关系及意义。方法 采用鼠抗人PCNA单克隆抗体 ,鼠抗人HSP70单克隆抗体对 5 0例胶质瘤手术标本进行了SABC免疫组化染色 ,检测其PCNA与HSP70蛋白的表达水平 ,并比较两者的相关性及其与胶质瘤病理分级的关系。结果 随着胶质瘤病理级别的升高 ,PCNA的表达强度增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,Ⅰ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤的PCNA阳性率分别为 12 %、2 2 %、2 0 %、2 6 % ,Ⅰ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤的HSP70阳性率分别为 14%、2 2 %、30 %、34 %。PCNA与HSP70表达存在正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 PCNA与HSP70蛋白的表达对分析判别胶质瘤的病理分级及生物学行为有一定意义。 Objective To explore the correlateion of PCNA and HSP70 expression carcinogensis and biologic behaveior of human glioma. Methods The expression of PCNA and HSP70 in human glioma and normal brain tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry(SABC). Results Expression of PCNA was found in 80% of gliomas and none of normal, and 12%,22%,20%,26% of Ⅰ~Ⅳ, with the progress of tumors clinical grades the positive rates of PCNA expression increased. And the expression of HSP70 was found in 98% of gliomas, and 14%, 22%, 30%, 34% of Ⅰ~Ⅳ, There was significant correlateion between PCNA and HSP70 expression. Conclusion These results suggest that the expression of PCNA and HSP 70 is correlated with the occurrence, development of glioma, they are hopefully to be useful markers for the clinic of glioma.
