回盲部恶性肿瘤与炎性肠病的X线诊断与鉴别

The radiologic diagnosis of malignant tumor and innflammatory intestinal disease of ileocecal.

目的 提高对回盲部疾病的X线诊断的认识。方法 回顾分析 76例回盲部病变X线表现。结果 炎性肠病、腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤的X线征象各有特征。结论 对于回盲部病变x线表现认真细致观察 ,可减少误诊、漏诊。

Objective To improve the knowledge of radiologic diagnosis of ileocecal lesions. Methods X-Ray films of 76 cases of ileocecal lesions were reviewed. Results It showed vary feature in Inflammatory intestinal disease, adenocarcinoma, and malignant lymphoma. Conclusion Ileocecal lesions can be diagnosed correctly by careful close observation and comprehensive analysis.
