我国法院系统的司法行政改革是时代的新课题。本文探讨了法院思想政治工作对司法行政改革所作出的积极响应 ,认为思想政治工作应发挥先导作用以推进司法行政改革 。

Judicial and administrative reform of our court system is a new issue. The article preliminarily deals with the active response to judicial and administrative reform brought by ideological and political work in court. The author maintains that the ideological and political work should play a leading role in carrying forward the judicial and administrative reform.
