摘要
本文通过分析近年来国企现代企业制度建设矛盾 ,认为先验的把国企定位于非竞争性或弱竞争性领域是不当的 ,不利于国企竞争优势的形成和企业经营管理者队伍的培育。从形成国企竞争优势出发 ,国有企业经营管理者队伍建设 ,必须研究由我国经济发展战略所决定的市场运行过程的特殊规律性 ,探索适应我国情况的企业经营管理者的评价标准体系 。
After analyzing the contradiction in the construction of the modern enterprise system of the state owned enterprises, the author considers it improper to treat the state owned enterprises as incapable of competition. To underestimate the state owned enterprises does not contribute to their advantage in the competition or to the training of the managers. Starting from the point of forming the priority of the state owned enterprises in the competition and of the training of managers, we must study the special law of the market operation in our country's economic development, explore the standard assessment system for the managers and promote the construction of the modern business system of the state owned enterprises and the training of the qualified managers.
