The cultural renaissance is the component of the great Chinese national renaissance. It originates in the history of the Chinese culture itself and the contemporary reference of the world culture. The cultural renaissance is not the simple restoration of the traditional culture or the return to the past. It is the reconstruction of the Chinese culture in the aspect of its subject, creation and openness with the aim of turning the concept of 'kindheartedness as the basis'into the basic concept of the universal value.
