摘要
企业员工的培训是企业人力资源开发的一个重要内容。但是有的企业对培训的重要性认识不够 ,培训中还存在一些误区。本文通过对员工培训的重要性及培训中误区的分析 ,揭示了培训中应注意的问题。从而使培训出效益 。
Personnel training is an important item for the development of human resources in an entorprise.But some enterprises do not realize its importance and there are even mistakes in personnel training. By analyzing the importance of personnel training and its mistakes,the authors point out some problems for attentim in training.Only so can personnel training do benefit and contribution to the further development of enterprises.
