2 0世纪 90年代 ,国际社会出现了一股国家关系伙伴化热潮 ,大国与大国、大国与中小国家、中小国家与中小国家之间纷纷结成了各种名目的伙伴关系。文章论述了相互依存理论和世界多样性理论的产生背景 。

In the 1990s, there emerged in the world a new wave of cross_national relationship, namely, the formation of various partnerizational relationship between nations, like relations between big nations, between small ones, and between big nations and small ones, etc. This paper attempts to expound the historical background and fundamental content of theories on being independent and the global diversity as well as the inner link of partnerizational relationship between nations.
