腐败现象愈演愈烈 ,人们始料不及。腐败问题“源远流长” ,有制度、体制、思想意识等诸多原因。解决腐败问题 ,必须多管齐下 :治国必先治党 ,治党必须从严 ;健全民主法制 ,规范权力运作 ;坚持标本兼治 。
It is entirely unexpected that corruption tends to be increasingly serious. Corruption, which has a long history, arises from various factors such as system, mechanism, ideological consciousness, etc. Therefore the elimination of corruption must involve rigorously consolidating the Party organization, perfecting democracy and legal system, standardizing power manipulation and implementing comprehensive administration by treating both root causes and symptoms.
