摘要
本文阐述了旅游软环境的含义及旅游软环境建设对吉林市的重要意义 ;提出了构建优良旅游软环境的可能性 ,并从建立吉林市民共同的旅游价值观和统一吉林市民对外行为准则两方面 ,论述了加强旅游软环境建设的具体措施。
The contents and important meaning of soft environment construction of tour in Jilin city were described.Constructing the best tour soft environment was carried out.The concrete measurements about soft environment construction of tour were discussed from the angles of common tourism value of residents and unity of external conduct standard.
