河南省民营科技企业发展的现状及进一步发展的对策

Present conditions of the development of collective technology enterprises in He′nan Province and measures for further development

随着经济体制改革的深入 ,河南省的民营科技企业也逐渐成长起来 ,且已成为该省经济发展中的一支新生力量。然而 ,民营科技企业在发展过程中也存在着缺少平等发展的政策环境、缺乏正常的资金融通渠道、市场服务体系不健全、自身缺乏创新能力等问题 ,因此 ,政府有关部门应从外部环境和内部管理等方面采取措施 ,以促进民营科技企业的健康、快速发展。

With the deepening reform of the economic system,the collective technology enterprises in He′nan Province have grown up gradually,and they have become a vigorous force in the economy developing of He′nan Province.However,in the process of development,there exist many problems such as lack of policy environ ment of equal development,lack of normal channels for capital accomodation,unsoundness of market service system lack of innovative capabilities and so on.Therefore the concerned government authorities should take measures from both the external environment and intesnal management to facilitate their rapid development.
