高校心理健康教育的误区与对策思考 被引量:73

摘要 目前我国高校心理健康教育的认识和实践还存在一些偏差和误区 ,主要表现在以下几个方面 :将心理健康教育混同于德育 ;重诊治、轻预防 ;重障碍咨询、轻发展咨询 ;队伍的专业性不强 ;缺乏对心理求助方式的调查等。针对这些误区 ,应从高校心理健康教育与德育的结合、加强心理健康教育课程建设、建设专业性的队伍、优化高校心理健康教育环境等方面入手 。 At present there are some deviations from theory and practice about the mental health education of colleges and universities students in China. The paper analyzes the following deviations: regarding mental health education as moral education; paying attention to psychotherapy than prevention; more disorder counseling less development counseling; being short of professionalization; lacking survey on the way to ask for psychological help. And it puts forth reform countermeasures: combining mental health education with moral education; enhancing curriculum construction; professionalizing teachers; making good campus environment for the mental health education.
