所谓“渝普” ,指重庆人在学习普通话过程中所出现的一种既非普通话又非重庆话的具有“中介语”性质的语言形态 ,具体表现为虽然运用了普通话的语音和语法 ,却仍然存在大量方言词汇 ,这成为重庆人学习普通话的一大障碍。重庆人要学好普通话 ,必须充分重视“渝普”与普通话的词汇对应 ,把握规律 ,并相应解决不够到位的语音和语法问题。充分重视和解决“渝普” ,对提升重庆直辖市的城市形象和文化品位 ,具有重要的意义。

The so\|called Chongqing Mandarin, arising while studying common speech, refers to a medium for language between Chongqing dialect and Common Speech. The key point for people in Chongqing to learn Common Speech is to catch the words of Chongqing Mandarin corresponding to those of Common Speech. Thus problems in pronunciation and grammar can be sovled. And this is of great imortance to Chongqing, one of the four municipalities directly under the central government in China, to improve the image of the city.
